Ookla Speedtest
Run an Ookla speedtest on the cellular connection: download, upload, latency, jitter.
Run a full Ookla speedtest over the SIM's data connection: download and upload throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss, against the same servers the public Speedtest app uses. The single most complete bandwidth measurement available on a SIM.

In the action report (result):

In Analytics, each run feeds the speedtest measurement with download_throughput_bps, upload_throughput_bps, latency_ms, jitter_ms, packet_loss_percent, and the transferred volumes, tagged by status, server (name, location, country), ISP, APN, antenna, and access technology.
