List distinct Tests campaign creators (for filtering list)

Usage

ktm test-campaigns creators [flags]

ktm test-campaigns creators --product acme~web

`--operator`	string		Operator slug or short_name
`--product`	string		Product slug or short_name

Returns the unique set of users who have created Tests campaigns in the given scope (product or operator). Use for populating the creator filter.
