Monitor details

View a monitor's configuration and analytics, including availability, execution time, and daily failures, to track performance in production.

A monitor's detail page shows its configuration (scheduling, devices, agents, locations) alongside analytics that track availability, performance, and failures. Use these insights to understand how your monitor is performing in production.

Open a monitor's detail page

From the Monitors list, click a monitor's three-dot menu and select View analytics, or click the monitor row directly if it opens the detail view.

Information cards

Four cards at the top display the monitor's configuration:

CardShows
DevicesSIM, Smartphone, or Web agent running the test; browser preset (if applicable)
AgentsDevice hostnames and types
LocationsGeographic zone or region for each device
SchedulingFrequency (e.g., "Every 5 minutes") or "custom" for advanced schedules; hover for full details

Availability analytics

Weekly global availability shows the percentage of successful executions in the last 7 days as a stacked bar chart.

  • Passing Percent: percentage of executions that succeeded.
  • Total Executions: how many times the monitor ran.
  • Failed Executions: count of failed runs.

Click a bar in the chart to drill into that date's results and see what went wrong.

Execution time analytics

Weekly execution time average shows how long the test takes to run each day.

  • Average: mean duration across all runs.
  • Minimum: fastest run in the week.
  • Maximum: slowest run in the week.

Bars are colored by deviation from the average:

  • Green: runs within 30% of average.
  • Orange: runs 30–50% above average (slower).
  • Red: runs more than 50% above average (significantly slower).

Click a bar to view the results from that day.

Daily failures

Daily failures card on the right shows failures and warnings in the last 4 days.

  • Select a date by clicking on a day cell.
  • The card lists each failure with its error reason and count.
  • No failures on a date? The card displays "No failures" for that day.

Hover over a failure message to see the full text. Use this to identify patterns (e.g., "all failures happen at 2 AM") and decide whether to adjust the schedule or fix a test step.

View a single execution result

Click a bar or point in the analytics charts to open a detailed view of that execution. The result page shows:

  • Steps: each test step, its status (pass/fail/skip), and duration.
  • Screenshots: captured screenshots during execution (if applicable).
  • Video: recording of the test run (if enabled).
  • Metadata: execution start/end time, device used, browser/OS, test ID, and error reason (if failed).

From the result page, you can edit the associated test or return to the monitor's detail page.

Device unavailability banner

If a device (SIM, Smartphone, or Web agent) is unavailable or misconfigured, a banner appears above the analytics with troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your device's status in the Devices workspace.
  • Verify network connectivity.
  • For web agents: work through a robot that stays Offline.
  • Click Send help request to contact support with device details.
