My account
Manage your profile, password, and preferences in My account to control your identity, security, and interface settings.
Your account settings cover your identity, your team and product access, your credentials, and your personal preferences. From here you can update who you are, reset your password, and tailor the interface to your region, your language, and your display.
Open your account settings
Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar and select Settings. Your personal pages sit under My account in the settings sidebar:
- Profile: your identity, teams, product access, security policy, personal access token, and password.
- Preferences: date and time format, interface language, and display mode.
On the Profile page, an anchor menu on the left jumps between sections: My profile, My teams, My access, Security policy, Personal access token, and Account & password.
What you can do
- Manage your profile: edit your name and username, review your teams and product access, and copy your personal access token.
- Change your password: reset your password and understand the automatic logout that follows.
- Preferences: set your date and time format and choose your interface language.
- Display mode: switch the interface to dark, or let it follow your operating system.
Your account is personal to you, but your workspace is shared. Users lets administrators manage everyone in the workspace, and the Interface guide helps you navigate Kapptivate's layout.
